How to use web proxy?
For use of a web proxy you do not need to change your browser settings, to install additional programs or to make something else more complex. It is enough, if one opens a web page of CGI proxy in a browser, enters a required URL into the address field and press the “Go” button. The disadvantages in usage of the CGI proxies are presence of additional advertising (which adds a CGI proxy itself, they simply exist at the expense of such advertising), a limited FTP / HTTPS support (not always supported) and sometimes a CGI proxy do not allow to view pictures.
Someone told me it’s not necessary to show how to use web proxy, I aggree with him, but I guess may someone do not know it’s need change some settings to use the web proxy easier.
For example, If you donot want to see the ADs which in your proxied sites, as we know, most ads appeared by using javescript, so you just disable the js to block the ad. Usually, there’re options you can chooss under the address bar in frontpage, but some sites hide the options, so you need change them in the proxied pages, there’s a little form at the top of proxied pages. It’s a very way, but it’s useful. And for the same goes, some sites need javascript to achieve there’s functions, like ajax and something like that, then you need enable javescript.
